MEETINGS

We meet on the first Saturday of each month at 9:30 am. Meetings are held at Pickard Hall in Arlington, Texas. Please reach out to us for the direct address – we’d love to welcome you!

At a typical meeting, there is a quick business portion at the beginning when chapter officers and committee chairs give updates to the membership about current initiatives, followed by Show & Tell, where members show off their latest finished pieces. Lastly, we have a program…which usually involves learning a new skill or hearing a lecture.

Guests are welcome at our meetings, so if you’re interested in us we’d love to meet you! You’re welcome to attend up to two meetings before you’re asked to become a member.

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

Our chapter also hosts other opportunities to stitch together, some in-person and some on Zoom. We’re also active in teaching local Girl Scouts how to stitch, which we’re quite proud of. We host several Stitch In Public days every year. Members of our chapter enjoy a fun retreat in the fall, and a holiday party at the end of the year that is inclusive of all faiths and cultures.
